It was like a "love story" in a movie, volunteers were walking around the historic Murfreesboro square Sunday helping businesses remove the protective plywood from the windows and doors.

One merchant responded, "Yes we have someone taking our boards down for our 2 stores and 3 more of our downtown owner friends. We want to get our beautiful square back to looking like it's beautiful self for our busy upcoming week. We have 2000 trick or treaters to think about on Tuesday!"

That 15th Annual Trick or Treating around the square is from 3:00 to 6:00 tomorrow afternoon.
