Officer Jarrod Davis reports witnesses at the saloon said a light skinned black male was threatening others with a knife.

After taking the complaint, Officer Davis reports seeing a vehicle on Southeast Broad Street, fitting the description of the one witnesses said the suspect left the scene in. There were two people in that vehicle, including Ford III.

Both men admitted to being at Whiskey Dix and advised there was an altercation with an intoxicated individual, but said they didn't threaten anyone with the knife. While a search of the vehicle revealed a silver knife in the passenger's seat, attempts to contact the victim were unsuccessful.

Davis reports "due to no victim, Ford III was not charged with an assault."

Bond on the robbery warrant for Ford III was set at 85-hundred dollars.
