Linebaugh Public Library will be hosting a local author book signing for three students from the Advanced Honors English Class at Central Magnet School. The event will be on Thursday, April 12, from 3:30 - 7:00PM.
They are all students of teacher Cynthia Salvage and have written and published books as part of a year-long class project of writing novellas. Lightening Source partnered with the school to help them self-publish.
KERRIGAN WALLS
Kerrigan Walls has written a book called Listen. Kerrigan grew up in Illinois, then moved to Tennessee, where she lives with her three siblings and two dogs, Thor and Coco. Some of her favorite hobbies include songwriting, playing the ukulele, and singing. She also runs for the Central Magnet cross country and track team. Her writing career began with a notebook and pencil and has been growing ever since.
KATELYN GUM
Soliloquies and Scars is by author Katelyn Gum. Katelyn loves reading, writing, history, coloring, and anything creative. Though she doesn't like pink, her book cover is pink. She says: "I love cats and books and hot tea, so think of me what you will."
JASMINE KONGMANYCHANH
The third author is Jasmine Kongmanychanh. She will be selling her book, entitled Folly.
