On Saturday, the Murfreesboro Police Department hosted its eighth (8th) annual “Shop with a Cop” program at Walmart.
They received a total of $2,000.00 in donations from Sam’s Club in Murfreesboro and Walmart in Murfreesboro to help children with their shopping expedition.
Police Officers shopped with children from eleven (11) city schools located in Murfreesboro and spent approximately $100.00 on each of twenty-two (22) children.
