Eagleville School reported on Thursday of last week, that a male student brought a non-functioning airsoft gun to school. Another student reported it on Friday morning, October 19, 2018. The school and the SRO investigated, and the SRO went to the student's house to retrieve it. It was confirmed to be non-functioning, and the student says he brought it to school to repair it during STEM class.
According to Schools Spokesperson James Evans, "The school sent a message to parents on Friday to address any rumors before they began, and the student has been disciplined."
