BELL BUCKLE, Tenn. - On Feb. 17, The Webb School will open its campus for prospective students and their families for the final Visitors' Day of the school year. The daylong event begins at 9 a.m. with registration and breakfast and concludes at 3 p.m.
The schedule includes a tour of the 150-acre campus led by a current Webb student. Visiting students will then attend lunch and class with a Webb student while parents attend informational panels regarding programming and financial aid opportunities. Families are also invited to stay on campus for applicant interviews with an admissions officer.
"Attending a Visitors' day is the best way to learn about the value of a Webb education," said Julie Harris, director of enrollment management. "This is our final Visitors' day of the year, and our priority application and financial aid deadline is February 20, so we encourage families to attend," Harris added. The Webb School provides an online application, which is available at www.thewebbschool.com/admissions/apply-now.
The Webb School provides $2.6 million in financial aid and scholarships to more than 60 percent of its students. "We want the community to know that we are committed to attracting mission-appropriate students and meeting the financial need of our families," said Harris. "If your child displays an excitement for learning and seeks an environment where he or she can contribute to the community and flourish, we highly encourage you to consider Webb," added Harris.
