A 56-year old Murfreesboro man was arrested and charged for the sixth time for driving on a revoked license. Paul Frank Rumsey was pulled over on Broad Street because his tail lights were not working properly. After police ran a drivers license check on Rumsey, it was revealed that he was not only driving on a revoked license, but was also wanted by Woodbury Police for violating his probation. Rumsey will appear in court on July 17.
