DUI Number 3 and Violation of an Interlocking Device

May 21, 2012 at 09:42 am by Bryan Barrett

A Murfreesboro man who allegedly took his roommates car without permission, evidently backed into two vehicles while leaving his driveway. When the roommate awoke and found the damage to the car, he called the police. Officers arrived at the home on Violet Court and quickly determined that 21-year old Brian W. Robertson was intoxicated. The police also found out that Robertson was not to be driving a car without an interlocking device installed for past DUI convictions. Robertson was charged for the third time with DUI. He was also charged for violating his court ordered interlocking device that was not installed on the vehicle he was driving.  He will face the courts on July 10.
