Two girls, ages 15 and 16, were caught drinking alcohol at a local restaurant. Ironically, the two teens were said to be drinking alcohol with the 46-year old owner of the business. Bassam Yousif Ihmaidan who goes by the nickname of “Sammie,” owns Sammie’s Hooka Lounge on Middle Tennessee Boulevard.

Ihmaidan told officers that he thought the girls were ages 18 and 19. The parents of the teenagers were called to the scene to pick up the children.

Ihmaidan was charged with furnishing alcohol to minors and booked under a $6,000 bond.
