For the fifth time, a Murfreesboro man has been charged with driving on a revoked license. Thomas Bragg, age 29, was pulled over for a light violation on Chariot Drive.

According to Tennessee law, if you have already been convicted of driving on a suspended license two or more times in the past 10 years, you will face Class A misdemeanor charges which carry a potential sentence of up to one year in jail and fines of up to $2,500. In addition to this, you will face possibly being labeled a habitual offender and face permanent revocation of your driving privileges.
