Rutherford County Sheriff’s Corporal Scott Martin was dispatched to a home where a father allegedly attempted to choke his 2-month old infant son. Corporal Martin quickly performed CPR on the lifeless baby. He did it again and again—finally the infant cried and started to breathe.  He handed the infant over to his mother and helped subdue the father, who was extremely combative.  Corporal Scott Martin with the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office made a huge difference that day.
