The Tennessee Governor’s office is asking for residents to vote on the next standard license plate design. Of the four choices, two are a navy blue color and two are white with dark blue lettering.

Tennessee statute requires the display of “Tennessee,” “Volunteer State” and “TNvacation.com” on the plate, as well as county name and expiration year. Statute provides that Tennesseans may select an “In God We Trust” plate option as well.
