(MURFREESBORO) The Murfreesboro City Council conducted a special workshop session at 11:30AM Wednesday morning in the Murfreesboro Municipal Airport. Murfreesboro Vice-Mayor Madelyn Scales Harris told city leaders that she is facing a possibly fatal medical condition. Scales-Harris will undergo the first procedure Monday (January 17), which involved inserting a tube into a vein in her neck, taking the blood from her body and filtering it before putting it back in...



While not naming the condition, Scales-Harris asked the community for prayers and thanked the city's leaders and residents:
