The Pet Adoption and Welfare Services in Murfreesboro (PAWS), tells WGNS that they have a large number of confiscated cats that need to be adopted. The cats have been under the care of the shelter for several months and were recently surrendered by their previous owner and given to the shelter. The cats will be available on Friday and Saturday (2/22 and 2/23/13). The PAWS facility is next to the Ag Center on John R. Rice. Blvd. in Murfreesboro (down from Sam’s Wholesale).

According to PAWS Director Michael Gregory, “These cats came from far less than ideal conditions and deserve a second chance on life. We desperately need the public’s help in placing these cats in forever homes.”
