Stop me if you have heard this one before… An unknown man made his way into a closed bar and walked out with about 40-beers. This is actually no joke, it really did happen.

Murfreesboro Police responded to the Campus Pub located on Gunnerson Avenue at 5:00, Saturday morning for an alarm call. Once on the scene they were met by the key holder who let the officers in to see what the problem was. Upon review of a security tape, it was revealed that an unknown man made his way into the bar by way of a back door. Once inside he filled a backpack with about 40-beers and then left. The thief was evidently after bottles of Michelob and YuengLing beer. The subject has yet to be caught.
