States said, “This demonstrates a true commitment to employee safety and health.”

Fire Chief Cumbey Gaines commented, “There has been a concerted effort to reduce the number of injuries within our department. Much of the success in 2012 can be attributed to training, work safety programs, and ultimately the men and women of this department. We are happy to see those numbers coming down.”
