Murfreesboro, TN - On Tuesday, January 30th, a concerning incident unfolded at Blackman High School, as two minor brothers found themselves facing charges for reportedly discharging rounds into the school's vicinity.

The altercation took place amidst a heated dispute in the parking lot, as confirmed by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office. Allegedly, the motivation behind this alarming act stemmed from a prior robbery experienced by one of the brothers last year, coupled with escalating tensions that erupted during the Blackman-Riverdale basketball game.

Fortunately, the altercation did not result in any injuries or property damage. It's worth noting that neither of the accused siblings is enrolled as a student at Blackman, Riverdale, or any other school within Rutherford County.
