Rutherford County, TN - Rutherford County Schools will remain CLOSED on Friday. Murfreesboro City Schools are OPEN Friday. 

RCS' Chief Communications Officer James Evans told WGNS, "We have several roads in the county that remain flooded and impassable. As such, schools will remain closed on Friday, May 10, 2024. Again, all Rutherford County schools will be closed Friday, May 10." 

Extracurricular activities remain as scheduled, and graduation at Eagleville for Friday night will not be affected.
