So what are Rutherford County juveniles being charged with? In April, 32 were charged with disorderly conduct, 4 with aggravated assault, 4 with aggravated burglary, 1 with rape, 1 with rape of a child, 15 with possession of marijuana and 25 with theft valued at less than $500. Keep in mind those numbers include just a few of the arrests that were made.
