Road conditions through Wednesday morning are expected to be some of the worst. That's because treated roads where snow has melted will turn to black ice.

Black ice is extremely treacherous and many times hard to spot until it's too late. Plus, with temperatures in the single digits, salt and brine no longer work to clear roadways.
