An appearance at the big game is a dream shared by every child who dons pads and a helmet. Only a very select few can claim two Super Bowl appearances and wear a championship ring.
NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback Brett Favre is one of the few, and middle Tennesseans are invited to hear his inspirational story at the 2019 Legacy of Light Gala benefiting Middle Tennessee Christian School (MTCS) on Thursday, April 18.
"Brett Favre is an NFL legend, known for his record-breaking career as a true NFL Ironman," said Matt Tiller, MTCS president. "We're excited he has accepted our invitation to share his story at this year's Legacy of Light."
At the Gala, Favre will present a keynote address and participate in a Q&A session moderated by Tiller.
The Legacy of Light Gala has previously featured former First Lady Laura Bush, Dallas Cowboys star Dak Prescott and actress Candace Cameron Bure.
The Gala will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. on the MTCS campus for the keynote address. Individual tickets are $75.00 each for reserved seating and $50.00 each for general admission seating.
