Murfreesboro Police say they ordered the driver of a vehicle to stop after observing the female driver strike a curb in a parking lot. When police walked up to the car, it was reported that the driver almost backed into the patrol vehicle.

When the woman stopped, police say they noticed that 33 year old Aisha Whitaker had watery eyes and slurred speech. The police report stated, "She admitted to consuming an entire bottle of vodka prior to driving."

Whitaker was charged for the second time with DUI and the fourth time with Driving on a Revoked License. She will appear in court on July 7, 2016.
