He had no pants on... that according to the victim who said that she returned to her apartment after dropping her kids off at school to find a man standing near her apartment exposing himself to her.

The victim told police the man began walking towards her car while wearing an orange ski mask, pleasuring himself without any pants.

The incident exposure was reported at about 8:00 Tuesday morning (12/12/17) outside of Paddock Club Apartments in Murfreesboro.

Police responded to the apartment on West Thompson Lane to canvas the area, but could not locate the man.
