A 39 year old Murfreesboro man was arrested at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital on New Year's Eve.

Police Reports show that Timothy Parker was arrested after someone turned him into authorities while he was at the hospital.

Parker was wanted on a third charge of DUI, Driving on a Revoked License, theft over $1,000, Possession of a schedule 2, 3 and 4 drug charges and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Parker will be in court in the near future to face the seven charges. He is currently being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center under a $22,000 bond.
