On Monday morning after Fall Break, McFadden school students will present money to the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office for a K-9 cooling vest. After students heard about the K-9 that almost died due to heat exhaustion during a recent investigation, 4th and 5th grade students worked to raise $500 to present to the K-9 Officer and his dog for the purchase of a cooling vest.
The presentation will be on October 14th at 7:50 in the morning at McFadden Elementary School.
