A 41-year old woman is being charged with her 3rd DUI in Murfreesboro and "Reckless Endangerment" after police say they spotted the woman in her SUV with her 14-year old daughter riding as passenger. The mother had just picked the child up at a friends house.

After being stopped by officers, the woman evidently failed a field sobriety test.

When police ran a driver's license check on the suspect, it was determined that she had two prior DUI's out of Missouri. As a result, she was charged with her 3rd DUI when stopped in Murfreesboro. According to the police arrest report, the female's husband is the one who called the authorities.

WGNS is not releasing the name of the suspect in order to hide the identity of the suspect's minor daughter. The mother will appear in court on April 23, 2015.
