A 26-year old athletic trainer from MTSU was bitten by a dog while running on the Greenway. According to the official police report, Brett Chiasson was running on the Greenway near Medical Center Parkway when a poodle bit him on the right calf. The poodle was with a man who apparently fled the scene with the dog in tow directly after the bite. Chiasson then drove himself to the hospital to seek treatment. The injury was not severe, but was said to be bad enough to seek medical care. At this point the dog and the dogs’ owner have not been tracked down.

The MTSU website lists Chiasson as an Athletic Training Intern for the football team.
