Multiple Homes / Vehicles Hit by Flying Bullets in 'Boro

At least three homes and a vehicle were all struck by flying bullets in the area of Evergreen and Lee Streets. Murfreesboro Police Officer Haley Richards reports being called to the area Sunday night around 10:15.

The officer reports multiple shell casings were found at the intersection with multiple houses and vehicles struck by bullets. Haley reports one resident saw a white car occupied by multiple individuals leaving the scene. A maroon vehicle with multiple occupants was also observed.

One home on Lee Street was damaged by bullet hole in a window and in one wall. Another home there had a bullet home in an exterior wall, one on an interior wall and one on a headboard. Bullet holes were also found in the driver front window and back window of a vehicle on Evergreen Street.
