Oaklands Historic House Museum at 900 N. Maney Avenue is hosting its second-annual Oktoberfest on Saturday evening, September 24th from 5:00 to 9:00.
Educational Director Mary Beth Nevills noted, "This fun-raiser will feature many local craft brewers such as The Brewsters, Panther Creek Brews, Mayday Brewery, Good People Brewery, Lagunitas, Devils Backbone, and the MidState Brew Crew. There will also be a few of Murfreesboro's best craft brew retailers present such as The Green Dragon Public House, Deep South Growlers, and The Boro Bar & Grill."
She said that the list is still growing.

Event Chair Bill Jakes said, "This year we're offering more food vendors and restaurants in addition to the awesome local brewers and craft brew retailers of Murfreesboro. There are also some amazing bands lined up to perform!"
