A 31-year old Murfreesboro man has been charged for the 9th time with Driving on a Revoked License. Jason J. Wimberly was pulled over on East Northfield Boulevard because his car matched the description of a vehicle that had recently been used in an attempted car jacking, according to a police report.

When Officer Frost approached the car being operated by Wimberly, the smell of marijuana was said to be present. Police also found an open container of beer in the BMW. A search of the car revealed 1.1 ounces of marijuana.
