Read To Succeed Literacy Day and Literacy March is on August 3rd

Literacy Day is nearing in Murfreesboro. Lisa Mitchell, Director of Read To Succeed, told WGNS the day will be kicked off with a family oriented “Literacy March” down East Main Street…

The march will start at 9:00, Saturday morning on August 3rd in the Central Magnet School parking lot. Literacy Day will be on Saturday, August 3rd in front of the Murfreesboro City Hall on the Civic Plaza.

Help Read To Succeed:

Read To Succeed is currently in the midst of fundraising efforts for their annual Celebrity Spelling Bee which takes place in November. The headline sponsor for the event is Ingram Books.
