A woman's son dropped her off at the judicial building for jury duty. She did not realize that for security purposes that you cannot bring a purse into the facility. Murfreesboro Police Sergeant Tim Higgins offered to keep her purse, and gave her his phone number to call when she was ready to leave. Sergeant Higgins made a difference for that woman.
