In one recent shoplifting case at the Walmart on Old Fort Parkway, a subject on a bicycle thought he made the perfect getaway. Evidently, he didn't exactly get away.

2 Packs of batteries and a bicycle chain repair kit were said to be found in the pockets of the suspect. Officers also located a glass pipe with marijuana residue on it. Plus, the man had a warrant for his arrest.

Prior to being transported jail, the man was checked out at the local hospital and given the all clear for his very own jail cell.
