SMYRNA: WGNS has more news on the Tennessee National Guard being mobilized and used to help in the testing for COVID-19. Troops are currently at the National Guard base in Smyrna, which is where they will leave from as needed. Major General Holmes stated...

The troops will primarily focus on helping some of the more rural counties in the Volunteer State. Again, they will focus on humanitarian and medical aid, not law enforcement.
