The suspect allegedly handed two bags of cocaine and a bag of marijuana to his female passenger when he was pulled over by a Murfreesboro Police Officer, according to a recent arrest report. 27-Year old Allen Carney, who goes by the nickname of SAP, reportedly told police he gave his drugs to his passenger who put the drugs in her bra.

Detective Gann and Detective Haney seized the drugs, took possession of a digital scale found in the car and seized the culprit’s cell phone as evidence of possible drug sales.

Carney later told police the drugs were all his. As a result, he was charged with manufacturing, delivering or the sale of a schedule two drug, simple possession of a schedule four drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

As of Friday afternoon, Carney was still behind bars and has not yet posted bond. His bond was set at $33,000.

In November of 2013, Carney was arrested at a local motel on drug charges. In that case, 28-Grams of marijuana, 30-Hydrocodone pills, cocaine and a digital scale were recovered from a hotel room all because of a tip received by Murfreesboro Police.

Police went to Motel Murfreesboro on NW Broad Street after getting a tip that drug activity may be present in one of the rooms. Police simply knocked on the door of the room in question and were given permission by Carney to search the room. It was during that search that police recovered the drugs in question and drug paraphernalia.

In 2013 Carney was charged with:

  • The Manufacturing, delivery or sale of a Schedule Six Drug
  • The Manufacturing, delivery or sale of a Schedule Three Drug
  • Simple Possession of a Schedule Two Drug
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
