(MURFREESBORO) Multiple incidents began around 1:30 early Friday (9/6/2019) morning when the Tennessee Highway Patrol attempted to pull-over a speeding motorist on I-24 near I-840. The pursuit continued east (toward Manchester) on I-24 for about 10-miles when the fleeing car rear-ended another motorist near Joe B. Jackson Parkway.

Both vehicles were occupied by three persons, and Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services had to take all to the ER at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital. There did not appear to be any life threatening injuries.
