WGNS continues to follow stories about persons receiving multiple DUI charges over the years, “Driving on a Suspended” and “Driving on a Revoked” license charges as well. This story highlights yet another situation involving a motorist who was caught for driving on a suspended license for the 8th time…

“Driving on a Suspended License” for the 8th time is the charge that was logged against 37-year old John Lewis Bailey, Jr. on Wednesday in Murfreesboro. Bailey was pulled over on South Church Street for a tail light violation. Officers quickly realized that Bailey’s license was suspended for failing to satisfy a citation. A warrants check further showed that he was wanted in Bedford County for a “Violation of Probation” charge there.

Bailey will appear in court this April.
