Tow Truck Driver Allegedly Gave DUI Suspect Information that Led to Destruction of Evidence

A tow truck driver is under arrest after he allegedly gave the driver of a car arrested on a second DUI charge “Sensitive Information,” according to an arrest report. 37-year old Larry Wayne Alexander reportedly towed the suspect vehicle and after doing so he allegedly provided the suspect with information that led to evidence being destroyed.

The officer who filed the arrest report wrote, “The information Alexander provided to the suspect caused the evidence to be tampered with and destroyed information for an ongoing criminal investigation.”

Alexander will appear in court on January 14, 2014.
