Treat Intersections With "OUT" Traffic Signals As 4-WAY STOP!

The storm has created scattered power outages, and some traffic signals are not operating. If you come upon such a signal, TREAT IT AS A 4-WAY STOP. There have already been some crashes at these intersections where vehicles moved through the area as normal. Again, when power is off and traffic signals are inoperative--TREAT THE INTERSECTION AS A 4-WAY STOP!
