Uncle Dave Macon Days is this weekend in Murfreesboro at Cannonsburgh Pioneer Village. The event starts on Friday at 10 in the morning and wraps up on Sunday.  Dan Henley from Mississippi who has only been playing the banjo for two years will hit the stage on Sunday…

Henley wrote a song about Rutherford County that he will be performing on Sunday at 12:30.

The multi-Grammy Award winner Ricky Skaggs and Sharon White will perform for festival attendees at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 13, on the main stage after acting as the grand marshals of the motorless parade down Main and Broad Streets at 10 a.m. Saturday morning.
