When you pay with your credit card, make sure you pay attention to what the clerk is doing with your card. A Murfreesboro resident notified the police when unknown persons used his credit card number and security code to make three online purchases that added up to over $3,500.
The theft report was filed on Tuesday. What is interesting about this case is that the theft suspect may have sent whatever goods they purchased to his or her home address which is an apartment complex in Maynard, Massachusetts. No arrests have been made at this point.
