On Tuesday, WGNS told you about a homeless man who was put in a chokehold, fell unconscious and then robbed. We have now confirmed that another homeless man was robbed about thirty days prior.
The previous victim was walking down Old Salem Road near The Experience Church when someone hit him over the head...
The 53 year old victim was first taken to St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital and later transferred to Vanderbilt where he says he died twice.
After recovering enough to be discharged, he was placed in a nursing home to further recover over about a two week period.
No arrests have been made in his case.
