A 29 year old man from Alabama was arrested in Murfreesboro and charged for the 4th time with Driving on a Revoked License. Darion Montrell Welch was also charged with DUI after he was involved in a car accident on Greenland Drive at Middle Tennessee Blvd.

Police say when they spoke to Welch at around 8:00 Saturday night, he smelled of an intoxicant. Welch then admitted to consuming alcohol earlier in the day. After he failed a field sobriety test, he was arrested.

No one was seriously injured in the crash. Welch was released from jail on a $4,000 bond Sunday.
