City Hall and other city offices will be closed Thursday, Nov 27, 2014, and Friday, Nov. 28, 2014 in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday.

All Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department facilities will be closed Thanksgiving Day: Barfield Crescent Wilderness Station, Cannonsburgh Village, McFadden Community Center, Patterson Park Community Center, Sports*Com will be closed Thurs., Nov. 27, 2014.

Patterson, Sports*Com, Wilderness Station, and Cannonsburg Village will resume regular hours on Fri., Nov. 28. McFadden Community Center will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 28, 2014.

In addition to Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27-28, St. Clair Street Senior Center will also be closed Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014.

Old Fort and VA Golf Courses will be closed Thurs., Nov. 27, 2014. After daylight savings time ended, Nov. 2, Bloomfield Links Golf Course moved to Saturday and Sunday only, weather permitting.

The Solid Waste Department will be closed Thurs., Nov. 27, 2014. There will be no garbage pick-up on Thanksgiving Day, Thur., Nov. 27, 2014. Thursday garbage pick-up will be Wed., Nov. 26, 2014, and Friday's garbage pick-up will run as usual.

Rover, the City's public transportation system, will not run on Thurs., Nov. 27, 2014 and Fri., Nov 28, 2014.
