Man accused of breaking into females car and leaving sexually explicit note in Rutherford County

Smyrna Police are attempting to locate a vehicle believed to have been involved in bizarre car break-in.

On July 10th, an unidentified man unlawfully entered a woman’s vehicle that was parked in the Kroger parking lot on Sam Ridley Pkwy in Smyrna. The suspect left an obscene note in the woman’s vehicle asking her to engage in sexual activity.

We were told by Smyrna Police Chief Kevin Arnold that the suspect appears to be a white male in his mid-thirties to mid-forties. He was wearing a white baseball cap and driving a 2003 to 2006 white Chevrolet Z-71 extended cab pick-up truck with a white topper on the back.
