The theft was caught on video, but the man has yet to be apprehended.

Soon after the theft was reported, a female entered a nearby gas station attempting to cash winning Jumbo Bucks tickets. However, the store machine would not allow for the winning tickets to be paid as they were not activated, but instead stolen. By the time police arrived, she was already gone.
