Chick-fil-A® will soon welcome guests to its newest stand-alone Memorial Boulevard restaurant at 2116 Memorial Boulevard and has begun hiring 120 new team members to prepare for the projected March 23 grand opening. Franchise Owner Beau Noblitt is hiring for full-time and part-time positions to work in all areas of the restaurant, including management positions.

Chick-fil-A has been named as one of the "best places to work" by Glassdoor and is known for hiring, developing and retaining young talent, offering a supportive workplace with opportunities for leadership development, promotions that lead to management roles, the opportunity to earn college scholarships, respect for work-life balance (with Sundays off) and competitive wages. Over the years, the restaurant company, which employs more than 75,000 individuals through both corporate positions and franchised locations, has provided more than $30 million to help its team members pay for college. And, hourly team members have gone on to own franchised restaurant locations and even executive positions within the company. The company's current president and chief operating officer, Tim Tassopoulos, started with the company as an hourly team member in an Atlanta-area restaurant.

Chick-fil-A is expanding and updating the company's scholarship initiative to offer Team Members maximum flexibility and support in their pursuit of higher education. The changes will more than double the company's investment in Team Member scholarships - offering $4.9 million in scholarships in 2017 alone - to help students attend the school of their choice, as well as provide access to tuition discounts and other educational benefits at participating schools. While Chick-fil-A, Inc. has awarded scholarships for more than 40 years, the enhanced educational assistance initiative, called Remarkable Futures, increases the amount of scholarships available. Students can receive up to $25,000 per year, as well as access to tuition discounts and other educational benefits at more than 70 colleges and universities nationwide, to help offset the cost of their education.

"We're honored to be recognized as a top workplace, and we owe it all to our outstanding team members," said Beau Noblitt, franchise Operator of Chick-fil-A Memorial Boulevard. "As we continue to grow and serve more guests in the Murfreesboro area, we'd like to invite community members who are passionate about serving others to come out and interview to join our team."

Each individually owned and operated restaurant is a separate employer.
