Riverdale defeats Siegel & Scoreboard

Riverdale scores 33-points in the first half and holds off Siegel 33-25.

The Warriors, behind junior running back Drew Smith, had a 33-6 lead at the half. Smith ran for 233-yards on 26-carries and scored three touchdowns. His first score went for 41-yards:

Bryan Barrett and Rod Edwards with the call on State Farm Prep Football.

It was Siegel's Tucker Sears who engineered a second half comeback attempt with three touchdown passes. But the Stars fall short and drop to 0-3. Riverdale improves to 1-2 on the season.

Next Friday, Riverdale travels to Spring Hill while Siegel is at Antioch.
