However, Farley says there was one qualified write-in candidate - Eagleville School principal Bill Tollett. He will be elected - by write-in - once the results here in the county are certified by the state.

Tollett was previously chosen by the council to fulfill the term until an election could take place.

Incumbents Alan Ball and Chris Hendrix are joined by John Marshall as other council members elected Tuesday.
