A shoplifting incident turned a little bizarre at the Memorial Boulevard Walmart store in Murfreesboro. The incident took place on February 13, 2016.

Police were called to the store when a man was observed concealing merchandise and later passing all points of payment with over $700 worth of video games. A female who was with the man is also accused of taking over $400 in games.

The male suspect was identified as 34 year old John Travis Garvin. The Murfreesboro man was stopped by a Loss Prevention worker and taken to an office inside of Walmart to wait for police to arrive. While in the office, a police report shows that Garvin started to smoke a cigarette inside the store, which is prohibited. The man then urinated in the office, according to the Walmart employee who called the police.
